We're not pop stars with egos in hyper-drive looking to see our names in lights. We're recording artists - singers, songwriters, musicians and sound engineers. But above all else, we're true to our music and true to each other. We're True Strings. True Strings was founded with guitars as the primariy instrument, not a drum machine or a digital processor. We never aligned with the dictates of the over-processed music industry. That isn't to say we don't appreciate all forms of music, we're just critical of how it's getting made and distributed to the audience. There's a shortage of good singer/songwriters out there so we formed True Strings. We don't digitally create our ensembles, loop tracks over and over, or sample other artists (no way)! We actually play our instruments, write our lyrics and sing our songs. Everything you hear is produced in our own studios and we answer to our web-based audience, not some record company executive.
